Choo-Choo's Express is owned by Toni Willcox & Nicole Wylie and was established in 2004. Not only do we have a custom food cart that enables us to cook just about anything anywhere, but we also have a licensed kitchen that allows us to prep food that can be cooked from your kitchen! Choo-Choo's has been a food vendor at the Safety Harbor Farmers' Market, Dunedin Fresh Market, Oldsmar, and Palm Harbor Farmers' Markets. We can still be found serving at the Lakewood Ranch and Bellair Farmers' Market from November through April of each year, and the Fishhawk Ranch Market year round. We serve breakfast and lunch at both markets.

 

Choo-Choo's also participates in several festivals and events throughout the year. Please check our Events page to find where we will be next. Besides providing concessions at events, Choo-Choo's offers a variety of catering options for Corporations and individuals. Our Corporate clients hire us to host their grand openings, customer/employee appreciation days, and company picnics. Individuals typically hire us for Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, and Graduations...after all, who wants to miss out on the fun & the memories because they were stuck in the kitchen or behind the grill???
